What services am I entitled to?
Unlike the Residence, you benefit from hotel services included in your booking. These include :

Daily cleaning service

Bathrobes included
-
Change of bathroom linen as required

Shower gel, shampoo and soap included

Welcome tray

NESPRESSO coffee machine and capsules

Cleaning kit
What should I do for the daily cleaning service ?
This involves our housekeeping team cleaning your apartment on a daily basis.
Our team comes between 10am and 3pm. We will simply ask you :

Use ‘do not disturb’ signs to indicate when you do not want the housekeeping team to clean your room.

Put your towels and bathrobes in the bathtub to let us know that you wish to change them. If they are left hanging on the towel rail, they will not be changed.
For your information, we cannot intervene if an animal or a minor (under 18) is alone in the apartment.

We are committed to minimising our impact on the environment and we need your help to do so!
As part of this commitment, please do not request a daily change of your towels. If you agree to reuse your towels, please leave them on the rail in your bathroom.
